Eksana's Warranty Card
A pair of EKSANA EYEWEAR is warranted against breakage due to material & manufacturing defects, for SIX months from the date of purchase.
Warranty Terms & Conditions
The warranty will automatically terminate on the expiry of the warranty period.
The warranty will be invalidated if damage results from accidents, mishandling, negligence, tempering and loss of components or accessories.
The warranty does not cover corrosion which may occur due to varying personal characteristics / usage of an individual.
Scratched lenses fall under normal wear and tear and are not covered by warranty.
The EKSANA EYEWEAR products will be repaired or replaced at the company’s discretion, and the decision of the company on the nature of defects and applicability of the warranty will be final.
The company will in no event be liable or obligated for the payment of any special, incidental or consequential damages.
In case spares for the discontinued models are not available, the company may, at its discretion, offer an equivalent model.
Tips to Maintain Eye Wear
RINSE
Rinse your eyewear with water before wiping to avoid scratching. Use only lens-safe cleaners—avoid harsh chemicals like acetone or sanitizer.
USE THE RIGHT CLOTH
Use a microfiber cloth. Avoid tissues, paper, or clothing which can scratch lenses. Hold frames at the bridge to avoid bending.
STORE PROPERLY
Always store glasses in the provided case to protect them from dust, scratches, and breakage—especially rimless frames.
PLACE CAREFULLY
Never place eyewear face down or in hot spots like cars. It can lead to scratches or damage.
HANDLE WITH BOTH HANDS
Use both hands to wear or remove glasses to avoid loosening the fit. Don’t let others wear them.
